Directions by Car

From North of Boston:

• Follow the Southeast Expressway (Interstate 93) heading South.
• Take exit 15 - Columbia Road/JFK Library exit.
• Take a right onto Columbia Road at the bottom of the exit ramp.
• Move into the left lane and at the first set of lights take a left.
• You are now on Dorchester Avenue.
• The Dorchester House Health Center is approximately a mile down the avenue on the right side of the street located at 1353 Dorchester Avenue.
• The customer parking lot is located to the right of the building.

From South of Boston:

• Follow the Southeast Expressway (Interstate 93) heading North.
• Take exit 13 - Freeport Street Dorchester exit.
• Take a left at the bottom of the ramp and go under the expressway bridge.
• Take the first right and go straight through the traffic lights onto Freeport Street.
• Follow along Freeport Street and after going under the MBTA bridge take your third left. This is Kimball Street.
• At the end of Kimball Street the Dorchester House Health Center is across the street on the right.
• The customer parking lot is located to the right of the building.
