Giving Tuesday

This year, on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, BCC is proud to join #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving. #GivingTuesday is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving to kick off the holiday giving season.
For this special day of giving, we are calling on you, our BCC community, to partner with us. Your support makes it possible for our young people to raise their voices for a better world.

HOW DOES #GIVINGTUESDAY WORK?
This #GivingTuesday, we have a special challenge for you: create a fundraiser and help grow our community. Spread the word to everyone you know - your family, friends, coworkers - and encourage them to make a gift.
Bring in the highest number of donations and receive 2 premium tickets to our 16th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Tribute Concert on Monday, January 21, 2019 at Symphony Hall.

ONE WEEK BEFORE #GIVINGTUESDAY...
STEP 1: CREATE A FUNDRAISER

Enter your name and email address. It won't be shared or public!
Click "Become a Fundraiser"
Click "Personalize My Page"

STEP 2: PERSONALIZE YOUR PAGE

Upload a profile picture
Set a fundraising goal (Like $50, $500, or even $5000!)
Customize the "Message for Your Supporters"

STEP 3: SHARE ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Click "Share" to send your campaign to Facebook, Twitter, and Email
OR copy the fundraiser page link and share your campaign and spread the word to your friends another way. Make sure to share your campaign before #GivingTuesday (we suggest 1 week before)!

Making a donation to BCC's $20,000 campaign on #GivingTuesday

The 4 fundraisers with the most number of donations in your category (not dollar amount) will receive 2 premium tickets.
