Our Programs

Boston Children’s Chorus (BCC) is committed to providing the youth of Greater Boston and beyond an opportunity to experience the transformative power of music. As a part of our regular programming, we offer ensembles at a variety of times, locations, and skill levels from September through May each year.

LEVEL: Training (Elementary)

Boston Children's Chorus offers six choirs at the training level. Training choirs are composed of treble voices in 2nd through 5th grade. Weekly rehearsals highlight the fundamentals of group singing and musicianship skills, including healthy and confident vocal production, pitch matching, beginner ear training, and sight-reading. Singers at this level perform in unison and two-part songs.

If you have a young singer in Kindergarten or 1st grade who may be interested in future programs, we invite you to fill out our interest form to receive updates and announcements about new opportunities!

Training Choir singers meet once a week for 90 minutes. Rehearsals at this level are offered both during the week or on the weekend.
